OTR Box Truck Driver Immediate Opening

Stately Logistics LLC is hiring an experienced 26-ft box truck driver for an immediate OTR position.

We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused driver who wants to stay moving, communicate well, and become part of a growing transportation company.

Compensation

Expected weekly earnings: $1,100$1,540+

Driver compensation starts at 22% of truck gross revenue . Based on typical truck revenue of approximately $5,000$7,000 per week , expected driver compensation is approximately $1,100$1,540 per week . Actual earnings will vary based on truck revenue.

In addition:

• $100 weekly on-time/performance bonus
• $120 per week hotel allowance
• Paid weekly
• Opportunity for increased compensation based on performance and reliability
• Consistent OTR freight

Schedule / Home Time

This is an OTR position , not a local delivery route.

Drivers must be comfortable being on the road for extended periods based on freight and scheduling needs. The majority of nights will be spent sleeping in the truck , with a weekly hotel allowance provided for periodic hotel stays.

We are based in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area . Local applicants are preferred, but we will consider qualified out-of-area drivers who can reliably travel to the truck.

Requirements

Applicants must:

• Have previous box truck driving experience
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have a clean driving record / MVR
• Have or be able to obtain the required DOT medical card
• Be comfortable driving a 26-ft box truck OTR
• Be willing to stay on the road for extended periods
• Be comfortable sleeping in the truck most nights
• Communicate consistently with dispatch and management
• Complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections and promptly report truck issues
• Be dependable, professional, and safety-focused
• Be ready to begin work immediately

Previous OTR experience is strongly preferred.
